At StonePass, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital hiking planner templates and trail kits. Because our products are digital downloads, we have a specific policy outlined below to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.


1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold through StonePass are digital downloads — no physical items are shipped. Due to the instant-access nature of digital files, all sales are generally final once the download link has been accessed or the files have been delivered.


2. Eligibility for a Refund

We understand that issues can arise. You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • The files you received are corrupted or unreadable
  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • The product you received is significantly different from what was described on the product page
  • You never received your download link after purchase

3. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong kit or variant
  • You do not have access to Canva or the required software
  • The templates have already been downloaded and accessed
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots if applicable

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on digital products. However, if you purchased the wrong kit, contact us and we will do our best to find a suitable solution, such as a store credit toward the correct product.


6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide all transaction records to the payment processor.


7. Changes to This Policy

ghazigraphics llc reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the StonePass website.
