StonePass is a digital product brand owned and operated by ghazigraphics llc. We specialize in premium digital hiking planner templates, trail kits, and outdoor adventure resources available for instant download.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, browsing our products, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you:

3. Products & Digital Downloads

All products sold by StonePass are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment:

  • You will receive an email containing your download link
  • Files are available in Canva, PDF, and/or GoodNotes format depending on the kit purchased
  • Download links are valid for a limited time — save your files immediately after download
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device and software are compatible before purchasing

4. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a StonePass product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the templates for:

You are NOT permitted to:

❌ Resell, redistribute, or share the templates with others ❌ Claim the templates as your own original work ❌ Use the templates to create products for resale (e.g. selling customized versions) ❌ Upload the files to any template marketplace or sharing platform ❌ Transfer your license to another individual or business

Violation of these terms may result in legal action by ghazigraphics llc.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the StonePass website — including but not limited to template designs, graphics, text, logos, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of ghazigraphics llc and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any StonePass content is strictly prohibited.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved payment processors
  • ghazigraphics llc does not store your payment information

7. Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase you will receive an automated order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@stonepass.net.

8. Availability & Errors

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time
  • Correct pricing or product description errors at our discretion
  • Cancel any order where an error in pricing or product information has occurred

In the event of a cancelled order due to an error, you will receive a full refund.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
